Recently, a friend invited me to cook at his place for about 15 guests. The menu: do-it-yourself tacos with fish, pork, and beef fillings. I took the opportunity to shoot a video, something I haven’t done in a while.

Cool. Nice job. I think I will buy some pork shoulder and cook it up!
Beer and onions – let it simmer away for six or seven hours. Really tasty!
Wow… that looks very good. How did you braise the pork shoulder?
I really like the kitchen too and the home theatre system they have.
Beer and onions, let it simmer away for six or seven hours. Then after letting it cool, shred it and season it.
So many ingredients to work on! That would be great fun shopping for all these!
Actually, it was pretty much just paprika, cumin, and oregano on everything!
Very cool! I’m hungry. It’s time to prepare dinner! 🙂
Good luck!
I am drooling and happy you made this video. Enjoy your cooking videos.
Glad you liked it!
I had a taco night at my apartment on Wednesday, but with an Asian twist; I prepared Mongolian beef and sweet and sour chicken as the meat, and used some sushi rice to make rice and beans (Navy, Kidney, and Northern) with a bit of red onion as well.
Great video Chris! 🙂
That’s a good idea. Tacos are quite easy to make and you can dress them up with all different types of flavors. I was just thinking of the Korean taco idea, too.
That would be awesome, bugogi in taco form? sign me up!
