Tawn Prepares for Italy

Since I can’t seem to cajole Tawn into updating his blog, I’ll just continue to provide entries that give you some insight into what he’s doing.  While I’m in the United States, Tawn will be in Paris for a few days, followed by two weeks in Italy.

In preparation for the trip, Tawn has been testing different outfits, mixing and matching to create a range of looks for the trip.  He had me take some pictures of potential outfits:

Thoughts?  I’ll pass them along.

  1. He’s so dapper! He’ll fit right in with those Italians! The only time I’ve been to Italy was in December of 1993. I went to Venice for a week. I swear, I was the ONLY FEMALE not wearing mink! I even saw children (like 4-year-olds) wearing pink mink! Oh, and they all wear hats, so I’m glad he’s taking some. I had to buy myself a hat over there to fit in and not look like a tourist.

  2. I love the hat that he’s wearing in the first two photos (maybe it’s the same one he’s holding in the last picture?). It reminds me of the hat that Bogey wears in “Casablanca,” one of my most favorite movies πŸ™‚

  3. Tawn looks fantastic in each and every thing he ever puts on…if he thinks it looks good, it looks good.  Nice to know that what is under the clothes is such a sweet and lovely person.  That is what makes him irresistible.
    Glad to see you had a little more success with your baking this round.  Related to what I wrote above, however, if you are making it, it will be good no matter how it looks and what you say!
    Love,
    A

  4. I agree with Sandy. Blue hat looks too too…. Otherwise, very chic. The striped shirt reminds me of the gypsy dance in Can-Can, probably a sterotypical portrayal of gypsies in the show, at least based on what I saw when we were in Paris and Italy. Tawn always looks great in whatever he wears. Bon Voyage, Tawn, Khun Sudha, and Khun Nui.

  5. @stevew918 – Thank you for the compliment, I just want to blend it with the italians and french… they are so chic.
    @ElusiveWords – Thank you.
    @UFFda_oyVEY –  I was one time out with a friend carrying a Fendi rabbit fer bag.  When we walked pass a group of animal right activists, she had to hide the inside her jacket.
    @waiszeblogs – Thank you, I like this one too, a simple linen shirt.
